When you book a session at Ellie’s Gym, its just you and your trainer. No prying eyes, no need to worry about what people think, its your space to forget about your inhibitions and focus on the training.

A Professional Service

Who knew all you needed to be a P.T. was a couple of dumbbells and an instagram account? Sadly, that is the truth behind so many ‘fitness experts’ on social media, professing to have the secrets to a six pack if you just pay for their new app.

Not here. All of our trainers are at least REPs Level 3 qualified and have years of P.T. experience. They’ve spent the time learning the anatomy and physiology so that the workouts they plan for you are effective, safe and realistic. They’ve been taught the science behind good nutrition and weight management and won’t just feed you the latest fads they read about in some fitness magazine.

A Hybrid Studio

Ellie’s Gym offers indoor and outdoor workout space, or a combination of the two with our bifolding walls. Fresh air aplenty for your hardworking lungs. We have a range of modern equipment from a Curve Runner treadmill to a gold standard Power Rack.

The Spa area

Whether you want to reap the benefits of cold water therapy in the ice bath or end your session with a sweat in the sauna (or a combination of the two) we’ve got you covered!

Ellie’s background is in martial arts; she holds a 2nd Dan black belt in Karate and has a successful record in international competition. This, combined with her career as a professional Stunt Performer - where she performs action sequences for film and television - means that she has a history of conditioning herself to meet great physical demands.

Helping others to condition their bodies is an equally important part of Ellie’s life. Since gaining her Level 3 Personal Training qualification in 2010 at Lilleshall National Sports Centre with the European Institute of Fitness, Ellie has been passionate about challenging others to achieve their health and fitness goals, which remains a constant alongside her other ventures. Ellie prides herself on having many long term clients who have achieved and realised new goals whist training with her. She has developed a client centred personal training style which combines strength and cardiovascular exercises in a progressive manner tailored to individual clients. Ellie puts the many success stories of her clients down to this personal, progressive approach.

How it works:

No lengthy contracts, you can simply pay as you go, £60 per hour. Of course, if you are serious about your health and fitness goals, it will take more than one session, so we give you the option to buy a block of 10 sessions for £50 per hour.

You can split your time however you like between PT in the gym or use of the spa area. Feel free to use an hour and a half, or even two hours so that you get the most out of both areas.

Want to train with a partner or friend? No problem! Split the cost and sweat together.
